Although you'd never know if you looked at her, Yuffie comes from a long line of Ninja. She forced herself into the group just to get a "certain something". She's sneaky, arrogant and "way" selfish. But with her super shuriken and her special skills, there isn't anyone else you'd rather have on your side in a fight.
Yuffie is the direct descendant of a tradition-bound ninja clan - but she could care less about tradition. She joins the group, hoping to use them to obtain materia. She is sly and self-centered; her young age leads to brash decision-making and tumultuous relationships. Her powerful weapons, however, make her an excellent party member.
